Entry Level Account Manager

Here at Gritstone we are seeking to fill a full-time Entry Level Account Manager role. As we continue to expand we find we are in need of an addition to our team that can aid us in coming through for our clients in our sales department.

Qualifications:

• Conducting in-person sales presentations with client's customer base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Territory and lead management.
• Identify business development opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales
• Daily sales and business development meetings in a classroom style setting
• Ability to understand and apply basic sales and marketing systems
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

Interview Process

We conduct 3 rounds of interviews at Gritstone, including an initial phone screening with our HR team, an in-depth second round interview (in person or over zoom), and a final interview over the phone with our hiring manager.
