Position: Digital Sales and Marketing Intern

 

About: Dubin Research and Consulting (DRC) is a leading legal consulting firm founded by Josh Dubin, Esq. For over 20 years, we have specialized in focus groups, demonstratives, trial strategy, and jury selection, providing critical support to numerous legal teams navigating complex litigation and achieving successful outcomes. 

 

Program Overview: The DRC Summer Internship Program is an 8-week summer program designed to provide interns with a deep dive into our areas of expertise.  Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales and marketing team, focusing on real cases and gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into legal consulting.  

 

Eligibility and Application Requirements:  

Eligibility: This program is open to college students entering their senior year of undergraduate study and are enrolled in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.

Internship Responsibilities:  

Cross-Functional Work: 

  • Work closely with the Litigation Strategy Directors and the CRO to align on priorities and tasks.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed to support projects or initiatives.

Team Contributions: 

  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions, offering fresh perspectives and ideas.

Learning Opportunities: 

  • Shadow team members on client calls or meetings to gain exposure to DRC’s client engagement style.
  • Attend training sessions to deepen understanding of litigation consulting and marketing best practices.

Feedback and Growth: 

  • Accept and apply constructive feedback to improve skills and outputs.
  • Reflect on experiences and contribute ideas for improving the internship program.

 

General Tasks and Administrative Support

  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Support administrative functions such as preparing materials for client presentations or team meetings.
