Position Overview: Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will manage the recruiting process from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from screening to job acceptance and continuing communication throughout employment. You will work closely with the sales team to develop staffing strategies that exceed client expectations and contribute to the growth of the business.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the recruiting process from candidate screening to assignment term completion, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all involved.
  • Act as a candidate advocate, providing guidance and support through every step of the onboarding and hiring.
  • Assist candidates with the online onboarding process, ensuring they complete all necessary documentation and tasks in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate directly with the sales team to create tailored recruiting and staffing strategies to meet and exceed client goals.
  • Write job descriptions to attract top-tier talent that align with the client’s needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruiting strategies and candidate experiences.

 

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant business experience.
  • Recent professional internships or work experience (prior recruiting experience is preferred but not required).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and clients.
  • The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A flexible work schedule, with the ability to work before and after standard business hours when necessary.
