Resale Store Co-Manager

Outreach is hiring a Resale Store Co-Manager at Jubilee Furniture Company – Lombard oversee the day-to-day operations of the Clothing department.

Responsibilities:
- The Resale Store Co-Manager will assist in overseeing daily store operations and staff management.
- The Resale Store Co-Manager will support inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and pricing donated items.
- The Resale Store Co-Manager will maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- The Resale Store Co-Manager will help train and mentor new staff members.
- The Resale Store Co-Manager will collaborate with the Store Co-Manager and General Manager on sales strategies and promotional events.
- The Resale Store Co-Manager will assist in managing budgets and achieving sales targets.
- The Resale Store Co-Manager will contribute to staffing all store needs (sorting, storefront etc.)
- The Resale Store Co-Manager will utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and ensure proper pricing of products and promotions
- The Resale Store Co-Manager will report to the Director of Social Enterprises.
- Schedule: 30-40 hours per week.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of database administration experience.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for mission and resale.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory management).
- A commitment to Outreach’s Statement of Mission & Faith.
