Reports to: Tenant Experience Director on-site

Your Mission:

Your mission is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for all employees and guests at the iconic Miami office building, 801 Brickell. You will oversee the daily operations of the lobby and amenity spaces, conference room bookings, and delight the office's employees with personalized recommendations for local restaurants and services.

The Legacy You’ll Leave:

As a result of your time in this role, you brought daily joy to hundreds of human beings who work at the world-class 801 Brickell office building. You created such deep and meaningful relationships with the building’s management team, their tenants, and external partners that they never wanted lulafit to leave. Your legacy brought wellness and peak performance to the masses and turned their office building into somewhere they were excited to show up every day. Lastly, you led lulafit to become a lasting fixture in downtown Miami.

What You’re Responsible For:

  • Tenant Satisfaction and Retention: Achieve consistent positive feedback from tenants regarding their experiences with hospitality services, event coordination, and general amenities. Earn a 90% or higher satisfaction rating on post-event surveys and tenant feedback, working with the Tenant Experience Director to review feedback on a monthly basis.
  • Increase Bookings Revenue: Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets within the bookable amenity spaces through conference room bookings, event arrangements and additional services. Achieve at least a 15% increase in monthly conference bookings quarter over quarter.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the lobby, fitness center, and event spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, readiness, and functionality on a daily basis. Confirm 100% completion of daily operational checklists and maintenance requests.
  • Community Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with local vendors, retail tenants, and other community businesses to enhance event offerings and tenant experiences. Secure five (5) new vendor partnerships per quarter and maintain a high satisfaction feedback score from all current vendors.
  • Concierge Platform Development: Within your first six months, create and launch a platform that provides tenants with local recommendations and personalized services, improving tenant experience. Your goal is to launch the platform with at least 20 local businesses and a 90% or higher satisfaction rate from tenant usage.
  • Team and Operational Support: You will support the Lulafit team, Onsite team, and property team with projects to increase client engagement and member experience.

Who You Are - Baseline Requirements:

  • You have 2+ years in luxury hotel or residential services, high-end concierge roles, or event coordination. You may have worked in places such as Four Seasons, Faena, 1 Hotel, the Ritz Carlton, or other similarly situated companies.
  • You embrace current trends and have a pulse on the local Miami luxury community and hospitality market.
  • Even better if you have dined out at more than 5 locally known highly rated Miami restaurants (such as Ogawa, Cote, Komodo, etc.) and have knowledge of top rated events in Miami (such as Art Basel, Ultra Music Festival, etc.)
  • You have experience or the proven ability to quickly learn to create marketing materials in programs such as Marq, Canva, etc.
  • You are tech literate. You are proficient with both the Google suite (what lulafit uses) and Microsoft Office (what our clients use).  Don’t worry, you don’t need to be great at PowerPoint nor super savvy with Excel.

Who You Are - Key Competencies:

  • Obsessively customer-centric.  In previous roles, you have exceeded what customers expected of you, you have an innate hospitality mindset and are happiest when you are serving others.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: You have multiple examples from previous roles of how you have successfully anticipated issues and solved them before they arise. Your previous managers would say you approached challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and you have an inclination to tackle challenges with original approaches, seeking unique ways to address issues and improve existing methods.
  • You are a stellar communicator.  The previous leaders you’ve worked with would highlight how effective you are at building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike because of your clear, professional, and empathetic communication. You have been described as approachable, reliable, and responsive to all inquiries and requests.
  • A reliable team player. Your past managers would refer to you as dependable and collaborative. You thrive working as part of a small team (in this case, you’ll have one other colleague on site) and understand how your daily tasks contribute to the success of the entire operation. You come to work each day ready to “pick up an oar” and do what’s needed for your team to be successful.
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented professional. You excel at staying on top of your tasks and continuously reprioritizing your workload to ensure maximum efficiency. Colleagues recognize you as an exceptional multi-tasker, capable of effortlessly recalling details from memory while managing multiple, competing priorities.

Our Core Values:

Lulafit’s culture is based on a shared respect for our lived values HERE.  Fit with our values is a critical component of our hiring process, and you and all of our colleagues are expected to live our core values in interactions with team members, customers, and stakeholders.  An assessment of how you have exhibited our values is also an important part of your performance review process.
