Winter Program Fellow

Job Title: Winter Program Fellow

Position Type & Duration: 2 months (January to February 2025), Part-time Internship (with potential for full-time transition)

Location: FULLY ONSITE position at Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA, please only apply for this role if you will be physically in Boston from January to early March 2025. 
 

Program Overview:

Located in the heart of Kendall Square, Cambridge, Touch Education Technology Inc. stands at the vanguard of integrating technology with education. Our pioneering approach to Blended Learning, with a special emphasis on interdisciplinary fields, is designed to unlock the boundless potential of students across the globe. 

From January to February 2025, Touch Education Technology Inc. brings together global educators and students for an innovative program. Guided by faculty from MIT and Harvard Business School and industry experts, participants will engage in tech innovation workshops, hands-on projects, and cultural events in Boston, including activities on the Cambridge campuses. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to reshaping the educational landscape and driving meaningful change.

 

Position Summary:

As a Winter Program Fellow, you’ll be instrumental in creating a dynamic, inclusive atmosphere for students with diverse backgrounds. This role offers a rare chance to facilitate intercultural exchanges and assist students in acclimating to local culture, while playing an integral part in their educational journey. It’s an ideal opportunity for college students to gain experience in a diverse and innovative educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and executing program activities
  • Facilitate workshops and group discussions
  • Provide mentorship and support to students
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth program flow
  • Participate in cultural exchange activities

Qualifications:

  • Familiar with the Boston and Cambridge cities
  • Undergraduate or graduate student
  • Major in education, business, or STEM-related fields is preferred
  • Keen interest or background in international culture and language is advantageous
  • Proven leadership or mentoring skills, especially in educational settings
