The Local Support Lead is a truly pivotal role within our company. This position involves being in the office daily to assist agents, staff, clients, and visitors.
The most important aspect of this role is providing support to our agent population. This will be done through various aspects of the role including, but not limited to, knowledge of company systems and platforms, training agents in groups and one-on-one, onboarding agents, and being a resource and problem-solver while working with the leadership throughout the company.
The Local Support Lead will use their knowledge of company platforms and systems to train new and experienced agents both in group and one-on-one settings.
- Conduct regular training on Gary Greene technology and systems using a central curriculum.
- Provide one-on-one training to new and experienced agents on Gary Greene platforms.
- Review agents’ online presence throughout internal and external platforms.
- Meet with agents to ensure the execution of business plans developed with agents by branch managers and company coaches.
- Utilize the Salesforce database to track agent needs and assistance provided to agents.
- The Local Support Lead is responsible for onboarding new agents. Once the agent is enrolled, the Local Support Lead will be their point of contact and support them in their production efforts.
This role will interact with the central marketing team and with agents directly to accomplish marketing goals for individuals and the office.
- Assist agents with ordering custom signage and assist agents with submitting tickets to the marketing department for custom materials and placing orders for self-serve templated materials.
- Utilize Canva to generate graphics for office and agent use around recognizing agent production.
- Create and manage email templates within the CRM system.
- Assist agents with creating personalized templates and webpages through the CRM.
In addition to supporting agents, the Local Support Lead will also support the office leadership in their efforts to maintain a productive office and grow the productivity of their agents.
- Assisting with Events
- Assist the office manager with organizing events for training, meetings, and agent recognition.
- May include development of flyers, emails, and reminders to internal and external participants.
- Assist in creation and presentation of weekly sales meetings.
This role will interact with the central accounting department and regional transaction coordinators to facilitate payments to the agents and follow up on payments owed to the brokerage.
This role will work both independently and with various departments to keep the office running smoothly.
- Managing general office duties and upkeep.
- Answer phones, greet guests and assist agents with routine questions.
- Keep the office presentable for agents, staff, and guests.
Other Qualifications & Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience with a CRM (customer relationship management) database is a plus but not required
- A real estate license or the ability to get one within 6 months.
Education:
- Some college experience or a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
