Data Science & Modeling Intern (Early Careers)

Responsibilities and Impact: 

Learn from team members while sharing your own ideas to grow your skills and contribute to the success of the project. 

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clean, and analyze datasets, turning raw data into actionable insights. 

Assist in researching, designing, and building machine learning models to address complex business challenges. 

Contribute to innovative machine learning projects and help advance the team's technical capabilities. 

Help uncover valuable insights hidden within data and enhance the quality and accuracy of datasets. 

Explore ways to use technology and automation to streamline processes and support the team’s strategic goals. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

 

Basic Required Qualifications: 

Current student studying Engineering, Mathematics, Geology, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Data science or related disciplines graduating in Summer 2026.  

Experience with statistical models and data analysis methods. 

Experience with data automation using analytics skills like Python programming and Machine Learning. 

Strong communication skills to build constructive working relationships with technology partners, stakeholders, and other users. 

Ability to do research, identify, analyze data enrichments, and present findings. 

 

Additional Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience working with BI Visualization applications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)  

Understanding of cloud-based services, preferably AWS 

Experience with deep learning and related toolkits: Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
