There’s no need for extensive editing or design skills upfront (though they’re a plus). We’ll coach you on what you don’t know. - Stay updated on trending topics in Bitcoin, politics, and finance, and turn those insights into shareable content.
- Experiment with new forms of content and content channels to broaden our reach.
- Utilize AI tools to collaborate on content ideas and execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and adapt our strategies to improve engagement.
- Help with guest bookings, light administrative duties, and be open to trying new tasks as needed.
- Work closely with our small team, learning directly from experienced members who want to help you succeed.
Required Qualifications:
- A strong interest in Bitcoin, politics, and finance—understanding why these topics matter.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a knack for sharp, witty social media content.
- Familiarity with meme culture and an ability to incorporate humor effectively.
- Must be located in Austin, TX, and able to work on-site at the Bitcoin Commons.
- Coachable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn how to create viral content and grow a digital presence.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, But a Plus):
- Recent graduate or current student in marketing, communications, journalism, crypto, or content-related fields.
- Some experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools.
What We Offer:
- An entry-level position with opportunity for performance bonuses.
- Hands-on mentorship and direct collaboration with a seasoned team and industry experts.
- A dynamic, forward-thinking work environment in a rapidly growing industry.
- A relaxed, creative office setting in downtown Austin, offering plenty of room to grow professionally.
