Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Type: Full-Time/Seasonal
Reports to: Office Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the development and
execution of our marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand
awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation efforts to support our business objectives. This role
requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
 Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies
aligned with company goals to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
 Campaign Management: Oversee and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns across
various channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing, events, etc.).
 Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to produce high-quality
content, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, video content, and social media posts.
 Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer
preferences, and potential business opportunities.
 Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and positioning of the brand across all
marketing touchpoints.
 SEO & SEM: Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
strategies to drive website traffic and improve online visibility.
 Social Media & Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and measure social media campaigns across
multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with target audiences.
 Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of
resources to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
 Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using key
performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to leadership teams and stakeholders.
 Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure
alignment of marketing strategies with broader organizational goals.
 Event Management: Coordinate marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and customer-

facing events to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications:
 Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (SEO, PPC, content marketing,
social media, email marketing, etc.).
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Experience with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.)
and CRM systems.
 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
 Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Skills:
 Experience in [industry-specific knowledge or product expertise].
 Graphic design skills (knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite).
 Experience with marketing automation tools.
 Proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
