Job Overview: 

As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for helping the Director complete tasks such as creating and maintaining production schedules as well as cost expectations and deadlines for printed, audio and video marketing campaigns. This internship will begin in February 2025 and end in May 2025. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web).
  • Prepare promotional presentations.
  • Help distribute marketing materials.
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Help organize marketing events.
  • Help with administrative projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Monitor all advertising proposals and present viewpoint. 
  • Create and ensure adherence to production schedules, proofing every element and maintain budgeted costs.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with creating production schedules as well as knowledge of media analytic tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex research into common language.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them.
  • Ability to quickly learn and process information.
  • Organization and time management skills.
