Instructional Design & Technology Internship Opportunity

Job description

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience by applying the knowledge and skills that the intern has learned in their program and an opportunity to grow professionally. Also, it will build a platform for the nonprofit Beacon of Hope for the Family to achieve their mission, which is to provide families with faith-based practical solutions for developing and/or improving the skills necessary for daily life. Flexible scheduling, the opportunity to learn from industry experts, and a valuable addition to your resume to showcase real-world marketing experience upon successful completion.

Research the most appropriate LMS Platform for organizational needs.
Storyboard/Layout for online course.
Design course modules.
Work with Organization Founders in Instructional Design & Technology use with appropriate LMS.
Understand the company's overall concept, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

Start And End Dates: Spring Semester 2025 01/06/25 – 05/30/25

Student time and effort: 10 hours per week

The student will work remotely for most job duties and will have periodic face-to-face meetings with the organization's founder (location TBA).
