Job Summary
The Manager of Housing Administration will be responsible for leading the administration of housing technology solutions to support day-to-day residence life functions as well as recruitment and application processes. This position will support housing related systems, specifically StarRez, and work collaboratively with Information Technology, Eagle Card Services, and Apogee on additional housing systems. The Manager will utilize high levels of technical skill to create increased efficiencies and improved operations for both students and staff in University Housing.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the oversight and management of housing systems in order to increase efficiencies across departmental operations. Systems in use include but are not limited to StarRez, LenelS2, and DruidAI
• Develop and maintain testing plans, process documentation, implementation and integration documentation in collaboration with housing staff
• Serve as primary access manager for systems account requests approving the creation of accounts and auditing accounts on a monthly basis
• Drive the enhancement of StarRez PortalX web applications to streamline housing processes
• Work collaboratively with Residence Education leadership team to enhance the development and use of StarRez modules for student interactions and programming initiatives
• Serve as a primary administration for access control systems for University Housing
• Develop and maintain reports and automations within the StarRez environment to ensure timely updates are completed based on business processes
• Create and maintain policies and procedures associated with requests for information, reports, and automations
• Assist in the maintenance of the University Housing website and intranet resources
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
• One (1) year related full-time work experience
• Knowledge of structured query language
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience
• Direct experience in working with StarRez database
• Three (3) years of related full-time work experience
Proposed Salary
$55,126 - $70,307
This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
