Database Management and Recruiter Support

Seeking someone for Database Management and Recruiter Support for our Executive Recruiting firm specializing in the Insurance Industry. It would be a great way to break into the recruiting world or become more familiar with the Insurance Industry.

 

We are looking for 15 - 20 hours a week, with at least 3-hour blocks of availability.

 

Duties

  1. Database Management 
  2. Create lists of potential targets for our job openings
  3. Create Email Marketing campaigns to place candidates, and create leads for new Job openings
  4. Research and update our database, using LinkedIn and Zoominfo
  5. Learn the different roles within the insurance industry and apply that knowledge when populating marketing list
  6. Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  1. A junior or senior in College
  2. Highly organized and motivated
  3. Ability to prioritize projects and hit assigned timelines
  4. Very comfortable with using the Mircosoft Office Suite and willing to learn our database 
  5. 3.00 GPA is a plus
  6. Familiar with Recruiting or Talent Acquisition is a plus
  7. Risk Management or insurance-related major is a plus
