Database Management and Recruiter Support
Seeking someone for Database Management and Recruiter Support for our Executive Recruiting firm specializing in the Insurance Industry. It would be a great way to break into the recruiting world or become more familiar with the Insurance Industry.
We are looking for 15 - 20 hours a week, with at least 3-hour blocks of availability.
Duties
- Database Management
- Create lists of potential targets for our job openings
- Create Email Marketing campaigns to place candidates, and create leads for new Job openings
- Research and update our database, using LinkedIn and Zoominfo
- Learn the different roles within the insurance industry and apply that knowledge when populating marketing list
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- A junior or senior in College
- Highly organized and motivated
- Ability to prioritize projects and hit assigned timelines
- Very comfortable with using the Mircosoft Office Suite and willing to learn our database
- 3.00 GPA is a plus
- Familiar with Recruiting or Talent Acquisition is a plus
- Risk Management or insurance-related major is a plus
