Customer Experience Specialist

Our Customer Experience Specialists strive to deliver a 5-star experience to all customers they serve. The Customer Experience Agent must possess the ability to prioritize, problem solve, fulfill requests and maintain the database while building a positive relationship with our customer.

Job Duties:
  • Field inbound customer calls and resolve customer concerns that may include billing, monitoring agreement questions and service scheduling.
  • Ensures customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to Safe Street’s established procedures and controls.
  • Utilizes exceptional time management skills to accomplish assigned tasks
  • Provide high level of customer service; both on the phone and in person
  • Maintains professionalism in dealing with customers and co-workers at all times
  • Must have excellent typing and computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel
  • Must be able to understand and write email messages and general correspondence
  • Flexible schedule

  • Strong analytical ability required to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management and customers
  • Attention to detail
  • Must have a positive “can do” attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of one to two years of Customer Service-related experience
