What You’ll Do:

As an intern, you’ll play an active role in various aspects of our e-commerce operations:

  • Customer Service: Assist customers via phone, chat, and email to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries.
  • E-Commerce Operations: Manage invoicing, update website content, and maintain product listings.
  • Social Media: Contribute creative ideas for engaging social media content.
  • Graphic Design: Edit and enhance photos for marketing and website use.

What You’ll Learn:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for multitasking and problem-solving.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) and social media platforms.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn.

Hours & Location:

  • Part-time: Flexible schedule, with approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Location: In-office transitioning to hybrid.
