Sales Operations Intern

Job Description: Sales Operations Intern. Location: Remote, USA. Enel X, a leader in demand response and energy efficiency solutions, seeks interns for our Commercial Sales Operations team. Ideal candidates will directly support sales reps & leaders, aiding in contract generation, verification, and CRM database maintenance while enhancing sales productivity. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with deal configuration & contract generation.
  • Communicate contract requirements & troubleshoot issues to close deals successfully.
  • Support system improvement projects, including testing enhancements and data cleanup.
  • Manage quick turnaround data requests and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce.com & MS Excel for pipeline management & reporting.
  • Ensure accurate representation of contracts in databases, supporting product delivery & billing.
  • Facilitate communication between Sales, Energy Markets, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Qualifications:

  • Students actively enrolled in an accredited college/university.
  • Proactive, customer-centric, & capable of building productive relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills & the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Skilled in productivity tools, particularly MS Office.
  • Passion for clean tech or experience in sales operations, marketing, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and legal documentation.
