Marketing & Operations Intern
TEL is seeking a Marketing & Operations Intern interested in international development,
technology, and a passion for helping others. This is a hybrid paid internship that requires a
commitment of 10-20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities

Website Management:
- Review and update our solutions database.
- Enable the connection between solution seekers and innovators.

Social Media Management:
- Co-design and execute creative social media strategies to address our different stakeholders.
- Support outreach initiatives to raise awareness of TEL’s mission and work.

Operations:
- Contribute to day-to-day operational tasks, including the development of our Project Accelerator initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and engage potential partners and sponsors.
Qualification:
- Proficiency in website management and content coordination.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and international development is a plus.
