About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, social and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Intern to help build and manage Duo Toothpaste’s new affiliate program. In this role, you will connect with affiliates and influencers, manage the relationships, and support campaigns across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, and Amazon). This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders of Duo and contribute directly to the growth of the company while developing key marketing skills.

Company Overview:
Duo Toothpaste is redefining the brushing experience with its first-of-its-kind toothpaste tablet that combines oral health with systemic wellness. Created by co-founders Dr. Stevie Roberts DMD and Dr. Robert Johnson DMD, MD, Duo toothpaste tablets deliver absorbable vitamins and supplements while you brush, maximizing the impact of your twice-a-day routine.

With formulations like Duo Immunity (vitamins D3 and B12), Duo Energy (caffeine and B12), and Duo Sleep (melatonin), Duo enhances your brushing routine at any time of the day. Our tablets also feature nano-hydroxyapatite (nHa), a dentist-approved, non-toxic alternative to fluoride that remineralizes, whitens, and reduces sensitivity.

Duo is packaged in an aesthetically pleasing, apothecary-grade amber bottle, so our toothpaste tablets are non-toxic, vegan, plastic-free, and travel-friendly — perfect for those who prioritize sustainability, wellness, and convenience. 

Location: New York City or Remote

Duration: Minimum 3+ months

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Outreach: Research and reach out to potential affiliates and influencers who align with Duo Toothpaste's brand values.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for affiliates, helping them maximize their efforts and feel supported.
• Campaign Support: Work with affiliates to plan and implement creative promotional strategies that drive awareness and sales.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Program Growth: Assist in scaling the affiliate program by identifying new opportunities and refining processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and influencer partnerships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
