We are Denver’s largest privately held real estate company, and we’re launching a new operating arm focused on acquiring and scaling private businesses. As Chief of Staff, you’ll be in the thick of it—working directly on these acquisitions while also gaining exposure to the broader real estate platform. You won’t cherry-pick your projects; you’ll tackle what’s urgent and important, whether that’s due diligence on a potential operating company or providing strategic support to our existing real estate portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Plug into the deal pipeline for new operating company acquisitions—sourcing targets, running diligence, evaluating growth strategies, and assisting in negotiations
• Dive into ongoing operational improvements, learning firsthand what it takes to scale acquired businesses
• Cross over into our core real estate operations when needed, building out a holistic understanding of how assets and businesses are managed at scale
• Work side-by-side with senior leadership to ensure that strategic priorities, both in real estate and private equity, turn into measurable results
