It Starts May 19th, 2025, and the ending date is flexible based on when your classes begin. This program is designed for individuals who are passionate about serving others and making a lasting impact on communities in need. As a behind-the-scenes missionary, you'll build relationships and gain valuable experience that will stay with you for a lifetime.

During your time with us, you could be involved in a variety of roles and departments, including:

1. Communications department: Responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey the organization's vision and mission through various channels.
2. Volunteer Department: Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to support the organization's programs and events.
3. Ministry recruitment: Responsible for identifying and recruiting talented individuals to serve in various ministry roles within the organization.
4. Facilities management: Responsible for ensuring that the organization's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests and visitors.
5. Grounds Keeping: Responsible for maintaining the organization's grounds and outdoor areas, including landscaping and cleaning.
6. Writing Department: Responsible for creating and editing written materials for the organization, such as newsletters, blog posts, and press releases.
7. Visual Media: Responsible for creating visual content for the organization, including photos, videos, and graphics.
8. Social Media: Responsible for managing the organization's social media channels and engaging with followers to build brand awareness and support.
9. Production Management: Responsible for managing events and productions for the organization, including logistics and vendor coordination.
10. Web Advertising: Responsible for developing and implementing online advertising campaigns to promote the organization and its programs.
11. IT Department: Responsible for managing the organization's technology infrastructure and providing technical support to staff and volunteers.
12. Web Programming: Responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's website and other online platforms.
