Licensed Insurance Agent and CSR

M&M Insurance Agency is seeking licensed Insurance Agent and CSR individuals for two locations - Nacogdoches and San Augustine. Open positions include sales and service oriented jobs. Preferred candidates have experience in Commercial and/or Personal Lines Insurance. Mentor training offered. If you’re dedicated, enthusiastic, passionate to make sales - we invite you to apply! Requirements: Phone Etiquette - Basic computer knowledge - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence, sell effectively - Communicate effectively - Strong client relationship/interpersonal skills (verbal/written) Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner - Resolve customer inquiries/requests - Ability to collaborate, work in a team environment or independently, make sound decisions - Proficiency in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel -  Bilingual a plus.
