Semper Consulting is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

 

Initial Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:

  • Meet with customers, in-person
  • Manage sales region within the Greater Orlando area
  • Learn about our client and the best way to represent them
  • Develop in sales and as a business professional

 

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of previous experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, retail, and/or restaurant
  • BA or BS Degree is preferred
  • Great people skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in training and leadership
  • Experience in a team environment
  • Motivated to learn, develop, and advance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Living in the Greater Orlando area
