As a full-service media sales and support company, we serve some of North America's largest media organizations. Our operational hours span seven days a week, allowing you to take on shifts around your busy schedule. We foster a supportive team atmosphere and provide avenues for professional growth.
During the initial 90 days of employment, our new employees will train and work onsite for this time period with floor support. Following this, each employee will be evaluated for potential hybrid deployment. Upon approval for hybrid scheduling, the workdays will include both remote and in-office days.
When joining our team, your role will include incoming calls and emails, formatting, proofreading, and processing legal and obituary notices, advertising orders, providing product information, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns effectively.
Ideal candidates demonstrate patience, empathy, exceptional multi-tasking skills, and excellent communication both internally and externally.

Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails.
- Assist with processing advertising orders and notices.
- Proofread all work and reply to customers in a timely fashion.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Adhere to various guidelines and workflow processes.
- Provide a great customer experience by addressing all the customer's needs in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Become a subject matter expert (SME) on all things print and digital.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous customer support experience or experience as a customer care/customer service representative.
- Ability to meet and exceed productivity requirements and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer care/customer service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Job Type: Full-time
- Starting at $15.75-$16.00 per hour, plus additional earnings based on a quality and sales incentive plan.
