Artist Management Internship
The Role:
The Artist Management Internship at C3 Management offers a unique chance to work directly with some of the most influential artists in the music industry. As an Artist Management Intern, you'll collaborate closely with our team, gaining hands-on experience in artist management, marketing, and navigating the fast-evolving music landscape.

Responsibilities:
1. Artist Manager Support:
- Assist on designated projects, tailored to current departmental needs
2. Daily Operations Assistance:
- Help organize and maintain essential files, records, and databases (e.g., Notion, Trello, Box)
3. Weekly Calls:
- Joining and participating in various weekly calls, pending class schedule
4. Weekly Workflow Email:
- Responsible for participating and updating the team on your current projects and key takeaways from assignments
- Update and keep open communication with the team on your availability
Projects:
In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, you'll engage in specific projects aligned with your skills and interests, which may include:
1. Market Research:
- Support the Data & Insights Team with tasks like researching target demographics, streaming platforms, and market trends.
- Analyze data to uncover potential marketing and promotional opportunities.
- Prepare summary reports and presentations of findings and actionable recommendations.
2. Marketing
- Assist the Artist and Marketing Managers with ideation and execution of marketing plans (Tour Marketing, Album Release, Single Release, etc.)
- Assist Marketing Manager with the updating and upkeep of related documents
- Join calls with venue promoters to support tour marketing efforts.
3. Social Media Strategy
- Support artist managers with day-to-day social media needs.
- Identify content opportunities and platform-specific strategies for each artist.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program at an accredited college or university.
- Sophomore standing or higher, aged 18 or older.
- Available for at least 15-20 hours per week (or 3 days), on a part-time basis.
- Eligible for academic credit through your college or university.
- Preferred coursework in Music Business or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Interest in emerging tech/AI applications in the music industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Passionate about music and artist development.
- Team-oriented, positive, and adaptable.
