About the Role

Are you an ambitious, results-driven individual looking to kickstart your career in sales? Home Services Xpress is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you will develop your sales skills, gain hands-on experience, and play a crucial part in growing our client base. This internship is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Intern, you will:

• Identify potential clients and build relationships to promote the Company’s services.
• Present and sell the Company’s home services to prospective customers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Track sales progress and maintain accurate records in the Company’s system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
• Uphold the Company’s values and maintain confidentiality standards.

Compensation

This is a paid internship with a performance-based pay structure:

• 10% of revenue from all sales you generate.
• Payments will be processed bi-weekly through the Company’s payroll system.

What We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
