About the Role

Do you have a passion for creative marketing and a knack for driving results? Home Services Xpress is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to help grow our brand and engage new audiences. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and strategy development, all while making a real impact in a growing industry.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern, you will:

• Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and advertisements to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve outreach strategies.
• Develop marketing materials to promote the Company’s services and build brand awareness.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
• Uphold the Company’s values and confidentiality standards.

Compensation

This is a paid internship with a performance-based pay structure:

• 10% of revenue generated from projects contributed to by your marketing efforts.
• Payments will be processed bi-weekly through the Company’s payroll system.

What We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think strategically about marketing opportunities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic graphic design is a plus.
• A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
