Statistical Assistant

Our client is currently seeking a Statistical Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time position.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the quality and consistency of data submissions, analyze variances, identify patterns, and suggest relevant actions. 
  • Design and generate periodic reports following department policies and standards. 
  • Leverage technical expertise to automate manual reporting processes. 
  • Compile and calculate data using statistical formulas to support data analysis and studies. 
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare business analytics, metrics, and reports.

 

Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in accounting, actuarial sciences, finance or a related field is required.
  • 1 year of experience in financial services including statistical data analysis, auditing, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in metrics development and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database management, SQL, and data modeling.

 

Hours:

• M -F 8-5
