Venue Internship
Our venue internship program provides a comprehensive experience in event space sales and management. We operate three distinct venues, each with its own size and aesthetic, located just 2 miles apart.
- **SAINT ELLE** is a high-end, large-scale event space that runs a full-service beverage and bar program; it opened in 2020.
- **The CORDELLE** is a successful boutique venue that has been in operation since 2014, offering a smaller and more intimate experience.
- **ESTELLE** is our newest and smallest venue, featuring a more inclusive experience with bar services and rentals available by the hour.
Our brands are recognized as some of the most respected in the city, and we look forward to sharing the elements that contribute to our celebrated reputation in hospitality.
This internship will involve training and education in the following areas:
**Sales:**
- Conducting venue tours
- Scheduling appointments
- Communicating with clients
- Managing contracts
- Training on event platforms
**Logistics:**
- Communicating with booked clients regarding all event details
- Coordinating with vendors
- Scheduling in-house venue managers and maintenance staff
- Managing supplies
- Conducting technical visits and venue education
**Site Management:**
The intern will act as the in-house venue manager for all events (please note, this does NOT include event planning). Site managers oversee vendors and event staff from load-in to load-out for all events, ensuring timelines are met and that all venue policies are followed. Shifts will be split between opening and closing, and the intern will be required to learn the duties and responsibilities associated with both roles.
