Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst
Cleveland Based Amsdell Companies/Compass Self-Storage is a growing self-storage company with 113 locations under the Compass Self Storage banner. The Acquisitions Analyst position will provide support services to the Acquisitions and Development Department in order to assist the department in facilitating new properties into the Real Estate Portfolio

Our ideal candidate is a recently graduate with an interest in immersing themselves into the commercial Real Estate Environment. Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration or other related discipline is required.
Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst Responsibilities include:
- Working under close supervision, conducts and documents simple to moderate standard financial analysis and ad hoc finance projects
- Prepares competition studies on real estate opportunities
- Compiles financial data on existing real estate assets received from various departments within our company as well as outside sources
- Prepares spreadsheets for analysis on past, ongoing, and future assets’ performance
- Creates subsequent folders within internal database (labeling and maintaining filing system)
- Aids acquisitions and development department as needed with administrative and clerical items as well as basic analytical functions
- Compiles property books for real estate acquisition, development, and expansion
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Effective Speaking and Phone Skills
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration or other related discipline.
- No previous experience required. Prior Real Estate experience as an intern or Entry Level role a plus.
