Customer Success Intern
The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) is hiring a Customer Success Intern! This position supports the Membership Engagement & Sales Team (MEST) with providing excellent customer service and increasing member engagement. The duration of this internship is January-December 2025 at 15 hours per week, in person, during business hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and responding to Customer Success inquiries via email and telephone.
- Data entry of contracts within internal database (SMART), space applications, prospect members and exhibitors.
- Updating and maintaining clear records of member and exhibitor contact information.
- Pulling internal database reports.
- Making outbound phone calls related to member engagement, exhibitor content, and past due invoices.
- Data mining for new companies that are eligible to benefit from AEM Membership and exhibitor awareness.
In addition to receiving firsthand experience working with members and exhibitors for a large international association, AEM provides additional training and development opportunities for interns. The program was nominated in 2023 to be a Top Internship Program, and provides activities such as:
