Marketing Intern

Envelop Group is a family of companies focused on the design, installation, and ongoing optimization of custom facility technologies that impact every square foot of a building's operations. We work with contractors, building owners, and consulting engineers to provide all the technologies needed for the most advanced, efficient, and secure operation of any facility.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to exciting projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and has strong communication skills. This paid internship is located in Indianapolis, IN with flexible start and end dates from May to August 2025. Interns must be available to work up to 40 hours per week, for at least 10 weeks.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Support the creation of engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for webinars, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Support the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for ongoing projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with graphic design software is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must possess US work authorization and not require sponsorship for an employment visa by Envelop Group at any time in the future.
