The Safety, Health, and Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of OMSI’s Safety, Health, and Security Programs, including remote sites. This position works closely with the senior leadership to implement best practices that create a safe and secure environment and reduces risks. This position is responsible for training staff in emergency, safety, and security response procedures as well as updating and drafting all related plans and materials. They also oversee the management of OMSI’s in-house and contracted security team personnel.
Position is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes:
- 2 weeks of vacation per year with no waiting period. Hours carry over year to year up to 200 hours.
- 2 weeks of sick time per year with no waiting period. Hours carry over year to year up to 520 hours.
