Marketing Intern - Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, from content creation to video production. The ideal candidate is creative, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently. This role will provide valuable exposure to the financial services industry and the chance to contribute to our marketing strategy.

 

What you will get to do

  • Content Creation: Assist with blog writing, editing and posting on our website (WordPress experience is a plus).
  • Graphic Design: Create basic graphics for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials using Canva.
  • Video Production: Help with post-production tasks for video marketing, including basic video editing.
  • Podcast Support: Assist in the creation and editing of our podcast series, content repurposing.
  • Marketing Materials: Aid in the development and editing of marketing materials such as whitepapers, brochures, and presentations.
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Support: Help manage and schedule posts on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring content is aligned with our brand voice.
  • Administrative Support: Perform light administrative duties related to marketing projects, such as organizing digital materials, tracking marketing metrics, and supporting company events.
     

What we seek in a candidate

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with WordPress is a strong plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a plus but not required.
