FreeAxez Marketing Intern

FreeAxez is seeking a creative, energetic, organized, and results-focused intern to assist in day-to-day activities and operations. This individual must be ambitious, hard-working, and self-motivated. The Marketing Intern will work closely with both the CEO and the Marketing Manager to assist with the marketing, promotion, and preparation of events, client meetings, and any activities in the office. The Marketing Intern will also assist in maintaining and keeping all FreeAxez social media platforms current. Additional duties include creating, preparing, and shipping of marketing collateral, and assisting to ensure overall smooth operation of daily office activities.

This internship will provide the intern with valuable, real-world experience in an organization with an established marketing strategy. This opportunity is available to college students as well as entry-level professionals who wish to broaden their experience and knowledge base. Responsibilities include:

Online Presence:

• Edit/Proofread content for website and social media
• Assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Track social media growth & engagement, including analytics. No prior analytics experience necessary, but a plus.
• Attend meetings to discuss web and social media initiatives. Identify social media groups to engage with FreeAxez content
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) a plus

Trade shows:

• Maintain tradeshow calendar
• Upkeep and organization of our graphic library
• Assist with all marketing needs for tradeshows and events.
• Assist with logistics for our tradeshows and events

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ship correspondence and literature packages
• Maintaining stock of marketing materials
