I’ve been doing influencer marketing for 2 years now and separately am running an internal creator program for us that has amassed 25 million views for us in the past 45 days alone.
You will crush this role if you…
- are a great communicator who can respond to influencers emails and dm’s within 24 hours ‼
- take accountability and embrace an experimenter’s mindset. Things won’t always go well, but it’s important to take ownership, learn, make new plans, execute them, analyze again ∞ to unlock stellar results, because at the end of the day getting to the great results matter most
- love love social media. Maybe you make your own content or always have trends stuck in your head
- are not afraid to negotiate
- email doesn’t scare you
- have great taste for what’s boring and what’s captivating in content, and can communicate exactly what is making a video great or holding it back
Day to day responsibilities:
- Email and dm outreach
- Negotiation deals over email
- Analyzing influencer’s scripts and drafts and providing targeted feedback
- Building and nurturing relationships with influencers
This role will take 20 hours a week
