Part-Time In-Person Assistant

MUST BE IN ORANGE COUNTY CALIFORNIA.  Phantom Brands LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time In-Person Assistant to support the CEO with personal and business tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated student or individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the business world while working closely with a successful entrepreneur.

In addition to providing valuable work experience, this role offers mentorship, exposure to the inner workings of a thriving business, and the potential for letters of recommendation to support future career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Errand Running: Handle tasks such as picking up/dropping off items, managing shipments, grocery shopping, and other personal errands.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Support: Help with organizing documents, filing, and light data entry.
  • Business Support: Assist with inventory checks, client correspondence, and preparing materials for meetings.
  • Day-to-Day Assistance: Provide general support to streamline the CEO’s personal and professional life.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 10–15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate class times.
  • Must be located near Costa Mesa, CA, or the surrounding area.
  • Physical ability to lift light items (e.g., packages, groceries).
