Office Administrative Assistant

• Greeting and assisting clients. Set a positive office atmosphere - friendly, informative, welcoming to visitors and willing to answer questions
• General clerical duties such as answering and routing telephone calls, scheduling, copying, faxing, typing, reviewing and emailing various scheduling documents, daily logistics, calendar management and billing invoices. 
• Order lunches when needed and keep conference rooms stocked.  Handle mail, bank deposits and other errands as needed
• Host Zoom meetings as needed
