Job Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team who is skilled in:

• CANVA + Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Reels + Multimedia Creation: Develop engaging video content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Staying Updated on IG + Social Trends: Keep up with the latest trends to create relevant and trending content.
• Social Media Skills: Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.
• Brand Development: Assist in developing and maintaining brand identity and strategy for clients.
• Conscious Communication: Maintain clear and positive communication within the team and with clients.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva, and CapCut is important (training available for others)
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite is beneficial but not required.

Requirements:

• Must be available for Weekly meetings (virtual or in-person in Mission Valley).
• Self-starting mindset and willingness to learn.
• Creative and motivated.
• Background/passion for marketing/media/design
• Growth mindset
