Summary

The Pacific West Region is recruiting for summer seasonal Visual Information Specialist, GS-1084-7 positions intended to assist permanent staff with visual information creation and production.

Multiple positions will be filled at multiple locations. Pay rates, start dates and amount of travel required will vary based on duty location.

The incumbent serves as a Visual Information Specialist supporting public outreach through multi-media projects. Work includes supporting program plans for the visual aspects of such visual interpretive materials as publications, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, objects, models, exhibits, live or video, and other means of communication such as web and app content.

The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period for these positions is April to May but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: Mid -April to May, 2024.
