Key Responsibilities:

• Visit with current and prospective clients to establish and maintain relationships
• Represent the company’s services professionally in the multifamily housing markets
• Promote our solutions to property managers, landlords, and other key industry stakeholders
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term client retention
• Manage multiple client relationships and accounts simultaneously while staying detail-oriented and organized

Qualifications:

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a strong focus on relationship-building
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and ensure clients receive timely and effective solutions
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Previous experience in eviction services, legal services, property management, or multifamily housing is a plus, but not required
• Valid ID and reliable transportation is required
