Transform How We Train Our People
We're seeking a proactive, creative, and tech-savvy intern to help with our LMS migration and develop content for our eLearning solutions. In this role, you'll contribute to implementing instructional design strategies and creating innovative, engaging learning assets.
What you’ll be doing...
- Migrate and optimize learning content between LMS platforms
- Opportunity to work on various phases of the Instructional Design Lifecycle, including:
- Project Intake & Discovery: work with subject matter experts to understand needs
- Design: create content for a variety of modalities, e.g. eLearning modules, job aids, and virtual learnings.
- Development: videos, infographics, knowledge checks, assessments
- Implement accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Follow established brand guidelines
- Support and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Track projects using project management tools
- Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.
What you’ll bring to us…
- Knowledge of instructional design fundamentals
- Experience using LMS platforms
- Strong communication skills, with experience adapting content and delivery method to align with various audience needs
- Experience analyzing and translating information for various audiences
- Experience using Project Management methodologies and tools (such as Asana, Wrike, Monday, etc.)
- Experience with eLearning development tools such as
- Articulate 360
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Canva
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
