Marketing Project Coordinator

The Iowa REALTORS® is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as the Marketing Project Coordinator. 

This dynamic individual will be a member of the Marketing and Communications Department, helping to steer the creative side of our member-focused Association. This role is perfect for a hard-working, collaborative, and passionate individual ready to create engaging content, supporting member needs and foster a vibrant Association presence.

There is never a dull moment for this position: you’ll be responsible for executing day-to-day social media activities, assisting with creating engaging content, and enhancing Iowa REALTORS® visibility through online engagement. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications and team members, the Coordinator will ensure alignment with the Association’s communications objectives.

Key responsibilities would include but not limited to:

  • Assist with Iowa REALTORS® marketing projects to ensure consistent, member-driven messaging and cross-marketing
  • Develop strategic plans and organize efforts to increase the social media visibility of Iowa REALTORS®, including creating, scheduling, and auditing social media content across various platforms
  • Monitor social media trends, interact with audiences, and respond to comments and messages to foster member engagement
  • Track and report social media performance metrics and insights to inform future strategies
  • Create graphic assets, such as social media visuals, banners, infographics, and promotional materials
  • Ensure all visuals are cohesive with the Iowa REALTORS® brand identity and support the goals of specific campaigns
  • Assist in preparing visual content, making sure that all assets are optimized for web and print use
  • Support content management efforts, ensuring that materials for digital and print publications are up-to-date and on-brand
  • Assist with planning and executing marketing and communications activities, including coordinating event promotion and on-site support for social media coverage. Assist on-site for events, as needed
  • Help manage tasks related to marketing campaigns, including organizing assets and maintaining marketing calendars
  • Produce and edit short marketing videos
  • Assist in writing and editing digital and print communications, website, press releases, proposals, and newsletters, corporate statements and communications
  • Assist in collaboration with Communications, Education, Advocacy, and Events staff in creating and executing yearly marketing plan and calendar
  • Design, layout and edit End-of-Year publication
  • Assist in Iowa REALTORS® committee work. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
     

Qualifications:

  • Creative, open, collaborative personality
  • 3-5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in publication production
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
     

Salary commensurate with education and experience.
