Job Title: Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing their schedules, communications, and other administrative tasks. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive information. For the right person, there is also an element of Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of executives.
- Manage office operations and procedures.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Assist with special projects and events.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Coordinate marketing events and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
