Laboratory Assistant to the Technical Quality  and Research & Development Director in their duties.

Main Tasks:

Perform microbiological testing for the flavor, juice and juice concentrates.

Perform mycological testing of the plant.

Inspect and test plant equipment for cleanliness.

Prepare juice concentrate and finished product samples.

Maintain the laboratory's day to day operations.
