We are a rapidly growing law firm looking to grow our statewide Social Security and Veterans disability claims.  We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate attorney (or soon-to-be attorney) to join our team in Dayton. Whether you're a recent law school graduate or an attorney looking for a fulfilling new challenge, we are excited to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in Social Security and Veterans disability claims before government agencies, administrative judges, and federal courts.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the application and appeals process.
  • Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and other filings.
  • Communicate with clients, caseworkers, and experts to build strong cases.
  • Manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with other attorneys and administrative team members.

 

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Ohio (or in the process of completing admission).
  • Passion for helping others, particularly those with disabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • No prior legal experience is required – we will train you!
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing as part of a supportive team.
