Summary of Position

The Commercial & Intellectual Property Intern will support various activities within Jabil Legal, with a primary focus on supporting our customer contract and intellectual property teams. This position offers hands-on experience in negotiating and drafting legal agreements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Intern Duties & Responsibilities

The Commercial & Intellectual Property Intern will be responsible for the following:

· Provide support for active legal projects and track progress.

· Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to Jabil Legal and other functions.

· Any additional duties deemed necessary by the Legal team.

Qualifications

Major(s): Law, Business Administration

Class Year(s): Undergraduate, Graduate Student, Recent Graduate (J.D. or equivalent)

GPA: Min 3.0

Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 19, 2025 – Aug 8, 2025.

Skills:

Competent in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Effective Communication.

Self-starter – Ability to drive work with minimal oversight.

Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience.
