ADC Senior Researcher

ADC Senior Researcher

1. Based on the project assignments from the project manager or deputy general manager, assist them in regularly reporting on the progress of the projects.

  1. Primarily responsible for exploring the conjugation process of antibodies and small molecule compounds, as well as developing laboratory-scale processes and conducting pilot-scale amplification.
  2. Responsible for writing technical reports on bioconjugation processes.
  3. Responsible for writing process transfer documents and guiding the production department to complete pilot-scale production.
  4. Responsible for writing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to chemical conjugation, as well as records and submission documents.
  5. Able to independently undertake highly challenging project tasks and ensure timely completion.
  6. Scientifically analyze issues arising during experiments, propose reasonable improvement suggestions, or draw reasonable conclusions.
  7. Promptly write English E-Notes, daily reports, and project conclusion reports; timely summarize work and submit experimental data and materials.

 

 

Qualifications:

1. Ph. D degree in bio-organic/medicinal chemistry with experience in bio-conjugation, especially in ADC, PDC, AOC, etc.

2. Extensive experience in bio-conjugation and solid problem-solving skills; ability to propose synthetic routes to target compounds.

3. Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, sense of responsibility and team collaboration.

4. Capably coaches one or more junior chemists.

5. Fluent in reading and writing in English; ability to effectively converse in English.
