About the Organization
We were born in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, which highlighted the disproportionate impact (Deaths and serious illnesses) of the Novel Coronavirus on Black nurses on the frontline due to them being inadequately risk-assessed concerning their vulnerability to the virus. This prompted a tirade of reactions from Black Nurses. They complained to us about other forms of racism that they had experienced but tolerated in silence for many years. However, they now felt enabled and inspired enough to voice their stories of racism in the NHS and the healthcare sector. We offers race-based therapies to nurses, and provides advice and support from lawyers and mediation experts to deal with workplace racial discrimination issues. We work at first informally and, if necessary, formally to assist nurses in becoming self-litigants and bringing these incidences of discrimination to the attention of their Health and Care employers in the hope of resolving matters in an amicable and mutually beneficial way. Our mission is to empower nurses to stand up against racism.
