Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated servant leader with strong behavior management experience to support the students at Mac-A-Cheek South in London, Ohio


Full-Time Position
7 hours/day
5 days/week
188 days/year

Responsibilities
Assist staff in: defining and measuring behavior; understanding principles of reinforcement; teaching new behavior; implementing strategies for decreasing behavior; and identifying antecedents
Develops intervention strategies that produce tangible evidence-based benefits within specified time frames. Provide social skill intervention to students in a direct service model. Communicates regularly with school administrators.
Ideal candidates will possess the spirit of leading with a servant’s heart.

Certifications
Licensed social worker
Degree in behavioral sciences, psychology, education, or other related fields preferred
